Yup, aimbot and damage mod.  See this Battle Report.  41% damage from the AK-12 in a vanilla Locker server.  Thought it would be worth mentioning that he doesn't have incendiaries unlocked yet.  Other inconsistencies can be seen in the Snapshot, but there's enough here to place a ban.  Good catch.
