74 and 47 KPM with AN 94 with only 3 hours of gameplay, LOL  

That is just the display in BF4CR being glitched because Battlelog reported an SPM of 0 (glitched) which the playtime and thus the KPM calculation is based on.

What about the ak12 weapon?   I was in a round and he was aimbotting, 37% accuracy with an 94? lol yea suure
