This player has spectate detect, plays in his own squad, and is extremely careful to avoid being recorded. He switches accounts daily as well.

After almost two months I finally got a damning clip of him teleporting.

He also uses many other names, maybe you can confirm linking, I don't know them all but some include: paladinos, 968f27dea1e21106, Wandonie3d and at least two other names/accounts I don't remember.

There were two rounds of pearl, it could have been this battlereport instead of the above linked:

Video of him teleporting twice (his other hacks include dmg modifier, speed hack (seen him destroy stairs on locker with these), instant mcom destruction, wallhacks, instant vehicle destruciton and probably more that I haven't noticed since he does not hack while anyone is in spectate and won't let anyone in his squad either and hacks very off and on randomly: https://streamable.com/301mxe

Looks like Y/T blocks my attempt to signup as it requires a google account wich does not support multiple accounts, and I will not use my normal Y/T since its associated with my real email/info. If you know of an alternative site to upload video that doesn't require a signup, please let me know. Maybe BF4DB should allow uploads directly.
