Player is very obviously cheating, aimlock headshotting across the map in vehicles and on foot. 

additionally for all players, TBG admin refuse to kick him from their server, and are once again welcoming cheaters to their branch. 

Yet another 239k 39d game, blatant aimbot and is now stepping it up to show their immune to ban on TBG servers 

MNGO, not sure where you get your info from. But grow the hell up.

We do not ban anyone without proof. The TBG Members that were on at the time did spectate and watch him. They then banned him when they had sufficient proof. Once I was contacted by the members I then extended to all our servers.

People seem to forget that we are players first and admins second. We come to play the game. So we may not always catch a cheater right off the bat.
