40.7% damage.  More than 36 kills with a Carbine.  53 kills with a DMR.  4 kills with a Tank.  The damage is not consistent with base values after a weighted scaling of each individual weapon.  In addition, the weighted value of Carbine kills versus shots hit is indicative of an aimbot.
