    Teleporting around map. At start of clip as I run out of C tunnel to snow he flys past me into the air. Chat is confirming.

    On respawn screen he can be clearly TP'ing at A flag.

    Video doesn't show us the name of the player which is flying, so it cant be used as evidence. However, i did find some other data.
