this player is using DMG mod as you can find in his bf4db link, his Recon 338 sniper rifle have over 100 damage which is impossible in normal playing, even though he is playing in one server that I am admin which is a 60 HP server, the maxminun DMG can be reach would only be 1.6x normal damage showed in bf4db. And also multi HSKR in his weapon are overhigh which toward the only result is hacking.

the reports shown on bf4cheatreport (as i think you refer to this) are bugged as you can see here:

This shows that in that round several people had weird damage outputs. This looks like this because battlelog bugged out or the server crashed before that round.
