I noticed this player with some kind of damage mod. He just spray n pray with his gun and get multiple kills

1:09 seems to be a burst, target dies after 7-8 bullets are shot

3:58 if oyu play this in 0,25 speed u see he needs around 5 hits to kill the target.

5:24 the enemy gets shot by atleast a shotgun and 1 other person, Alkatras just gives the killshot. 

6:51 player needs around 20 shots to get the player killed.

Also statistics don't show any damage outputs that are abnormal.
