Wallhack and likely aim. Couldnt clip anything as he turned it off later, but it cant be the only match he cheated in so perhaps something is in his stats. 

Doubt, from that battlereport there are players with simmilar k/d like OX_Chocolate_OX,  Franziska_Fox, azyz2 and look at yourself, 200/76 k/d, Metro is such a spammable map, with luck you can get high k/d's

Even if that proves anything from your pov:

OX_Chocolate_OX - 1.5k hours
Franziska_Fox - 600 hours
azyz2 - 2k hours

You have been playing for less than 2 weeks. Playtime doesn't prove anything though but very LUCKY performance improvement from 2021 to 2024. 

And you say you doubt you're cheating

And yes, it could just be your smurf account and perhaps you have great gamesense which allows you to prefire every corner.
