Violation (VIDEO DRIVER HACK) #99055

I decided to investigate this particular ban, and I'm going to accept it as evidence for a ban.  These are considered unmodified and uncertified video drivers that are meant to offer an unfair advantage to the user.  I feel that rejecting this particular violation would lead to a slippery slope.  I will have to add this to the ban policy later when I get to adding more to it.  This will be on my list of things to do.  Thanks for the report.
