it's obvious he was cheating 

he pre-fired every wall or corner where magically were players hiding from him 

kill-cam also showed that he was pre-aiming at newly spawned players even if they were not visible or hearable 

also i believe he used aim-assist and no-recoil cheat or just macro (he was sniping us with stock aek)

player FeorgeGloyd_PRO can confirm that he was cheating

unfortunately server "[ESSL] Eternal Siege Server**Locker" does not allow public spectators

Recently the player TarZan59540 renamed himself to girl144hz (well idk maybe something SUSSY happened and he changed his nickname in desperation???)

I can add some more information. I have addedd two videos. In the first video I will just mention the most obvious (but there is a lot of sus moments in the video).
But the most obvious one  is 03:50 in the movie. He runs in the basement (locker) aims to the wall at first floor. Runs up to the first floor, aims again at the same spot as the basement and fires - only to see that he fires straigth into the wall - the enemy is behind that wall (my guess).
04:05 - again aims to the wall as he can see the enemy behind it and kills the enemy when he appears from the wall.

Second movie:
00:43 aims and fires straight into the middle entrance where someone have dropped smoke - and gets an assist.
