He appears to be harassing some players in matches other than the reported battle report, possibly using a hack that increases power with an attack helicopter and a type of wall hack that can identify player IDs.

Not sure how this player can change a different name in the killscreen.

The message in his name changes depending on the user interface language, in my case Portuguese
