EA Netherlands account with a ping of 80 to 140...   says he plays over wifi... no talking Netherlands ! 

He's playing with a wallhack, it looks like this account...BF4DB Professor94 It play exactly the same way with irnv BF4CR on same server

Look closely from 4m33 at his aim-lock smoothing, he kills a first guy with his ACW-R then changes with the G18 to finish the second player right next to it but his g18 locks on the 2 players on the left on the wall. Then he releases the pressure on the right click mouse and then presses it again immediately.

The same thing repeats at 4m38 he aims at the 1 player on the right but his g18 locks on the closest player on the left..

I call this an aimbot with AIM Distance.
