Other players have tried to spectate but he turns into a potato once a spectator is in game.

I jumped in to spectate in the first linked report and sure enough, he turned into a potato and did nothing.

Followed him to the second linked report and he left when I got in.

Followed him to the third linked round (I don't think he's been back online since) and he took a lifetime to spawn in, but once he did he was still a potato.
