dmg mod based on stats, could be wrong. have some inconclusive clips of him I noticed while clearing space on drives

my friend has clips we are looking at now and can compile some wallhacks evidence if needed. he insta killed some 4 of us with a famas on video and shooting/throwing grenades at walls with enemies on the other side etc
