This dude is speed hacking and trying to make it seem like he is just using movement tricks. When he thinks no is paying attention to him he will use his speed glitch freely (while not using movement tricks too), and as soon as someone takes notice to him and accuse him he will start using an excessive amount of movement with his gameplay trying to cover it up and have an excuse to. Most players know how movement tricks look, but it doesn't take a lot of thought and brain power to know what they look like when you are using them while speed hacking at the same time.
