I believe this guy have wallhacks and soft aimbot at times aimed for chest area.
The way he shoots at walls, or always knows where people are turning corners despite lack of spotting makes me think he's wallhacking.
And I believe he's got an aimkey set up is how he tracks people perfectly, even when people run past bits of cover and how his aim perfectly rise up and down according to jumping actions. And sometimes his aim flicks around bizarrly, stops shooting suddenly and so on The reason why he shoots so much is probably to reduce accuracy and therefore reduce his stats.
