Both reports say he did a K/D of 63/23 but that is not true.

he did 600/40 ish YES! SIX HUNDRED KILLS!

Unfortunatelly, SIC servers do not allow spectate (to protect their own i guess), and no admining at all, so video is on receivers end...

Just remember that he manages to reset the stats when he leaves and rejoins.

There is no where that he did 600 kills in one round and who knows how many times he did so in this or other accounts.

Trusting only in stats probably will not give the proper picture in this case.
