The guy was pretty sus so I spectated him, to me he's using cheats, I wonder if I'm right. Like with any cheater you start spectating, you immediately ask yourself the question: How does a person that plays like garbage, moves like garbage, and have no squad play get get over 5 k/d? 68-13 Or how his otherwise choppy mouse sense goes super smooth when he shoots at targets.

Well the juicy bits start at 2:46, but i'll timestamp the description of the video the two most obvious moments. 
2:56 on roof: locking onto targets he can't see. Sometimes not even bothering to shoot at the targets he actually should see.
7:30 shooting through brush at unspotted targets, i can't for the life of me see most of the targets he shoots at.
