Rank 15, snapping heads across the map, seems like an experience player on a twink account. Checked his BF4DB stats and his skill curve is all over the place, but his fairfight shows ridiculously high skill, HSK and damage for a lot of weapons. Looks like an obvious multihack. Guy didn't even deny it on chat, but when I started speccing him, he stopped snapping heads, but kept his ESP up. Watched him use ESP to spawn and instantly target a soldier underwater and another behind him. While speccing him, watched him HS an unspotted guy through a bush.

If you look at that match, he also pulled 38 headshots out of his 70+ kills, guy is fishy as heck.
