Using hacked weapon loadout, in the battlelog attached they used an xd-1-accipiter on Paracel Storm.

Looking at their profile on BF4CR, it is clear they are the person spawning in these pickups and not just accidentally picked up a dead person hacked loadout. As they have multiple reports of using pickups on maps they can't be obtained.

He is using RHIBS and transport chopper mini-guns to hide the accuracy.
