I think this is the hack where they replace vehicle gadgets with more weapons. Hydra, Zuni, heat seekers and TOW in this case.

Saw this guy a few days ago and could confirm he is cheating. He was shooting 2 heatseekers and then tow.

He is still quite active on the air superiority server sadly.
