Don't have any reports of the games from the clips in the video because i was spectating but he was more than likely cheating in that game too, which was just before the locker game where i recorded. If you watch closely you can see him aiming at enemies head's through walls.

If there is no other evidence as this video, i need to set this player to clean as this to short clip is showing a mediocre player sniping with a M98B.

It's to short to use as evidence. 

There is no full video, this was taking from clips of shadowplay. You can clearly see him aiming at enemies through walls in the video, don't understand how you need more information than that.
