I can confirm , his WH always on and aimbot enabled rarely (or button triggered) and to body shots .

from a video the most obvious examples, but there is much more in the video :

1:12 he ads on person in the basement without seeing him.

1:21 ads on person before he come from cover 

2:08 killed a guy via fire from Incendiary without seeing him.

3:35 pre fire on a guy before he even come from a cover , hit the wall exactly where guy was hiding .

4:23 aim at walls 

4:38 preaim

6:20 server log showing someone join to spectate WTF , and he not spawned again after he die , he just quit .

monitoring him for about a week now , he play most of the time on servers without spectate mode.
