I would like to report a very unpleasant situation that happened today. While playing on a Battlefield 4 server, I encountered one of your administrators named Scavanger. He started talking about an old account of mine that was banned many years ago. A few minutes later, without any reason or evidence, my current account was also banned. I repeat: without any reason or proof.

While I was trying to open a ticket, I even purchased another copy of Battlefield 4 Premium to continue playing. However, in the chat I had with your admins Karek and Sovereign_Skies, they explicitly asked me to recognize other accounts of mine, and as soon as I did, those accounts were banned as well.

I have never in my life seen such behavior. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable and has no legal or fair basis. Your own admins told me openly that they will ban all of my accounts regardless of whether I use cheats or not – simply because they believe I am a cheater, without any evidence. According to the law, one is innocent until proven guilty, but here the opposite seems to apply.

My first account was banned more than 8 years ago, and since then I have been playing normally until today. Now, within 10 minutes, you have banned two more accounts even though I have done absolutely nothing wrong. On top of that, the ticket I opened was closed immediately, not allowing me to respond. I was also removed from your Discord server and banned from your website, which clearly demonstrates the way you choose to act against users.

I also want to make it clear that I have already informed Electronic Arts about this matter, since with your actions you are completely denying me access to a product I have correctly purchased. I cannot understand how it is possible to think this way: according to you, am I no longer allowed to play Battlefield 4 simply because you believe I might use cheats?

I find this behavior authoritarian, disrespectful, and completely unjustified. For this reason, I will proceed with formal legal action through my lawyer – not because of financial damage, but because of fairness and justice.

I ask you to seriously reconsider how your administrators handle these situations, because what has happened to me should not happen to any honest player.

It is even ridiculous that, just to write this very post, I had to create yet another account because you do not even allow me to contact you with my previous ones.

Doesn't matter if happens yesterday or 10 years ago. You cheated once and all your future account will be banned since we ban the person not just the account.
