    i have playing BF4 just only 25 hours but, some day i found my account is banned by using hack! 

    even i haven't used hacks or cheats. i'm the one of the users who get angry when i saw some one is using hacks and cheats.

    so i want to get my account been unbanned and also i what to know why my account is banned and details
