Hi Bf4db/Community

So I recently played a match on the lockers map, there was these two players, seemed like they knew each other. Something was really odd when they shot at me, how they just knew I was flanking and their kit loadouts were extremely 'noobish'.  I don't want to falsely accuse players, my internet connections is not of the best but being said, I did some research and noticed that their hskr are mostly around 5% higher than the weapon accuracy itself, which does not seem right?

Not sure if I should report them?
