I don't defend him, but look at KPM and ACC.
I haven't seen the video, so I can't confirm it, but I think this low stats because it was intentionally aimed at headshots.
Have you ever tried to aim for headshots only?

low accuracy and high headshot rate is also a typical symptom of aimbot. when you purposely aim for the head your overall accuracy will typically be lower, whether you are physically doing that yourself, or a program is doing it for you. i point this out to say that your explanation doesn't disprove aimbot.I don't defend him, but look at KPM and ACC.
