Played a round against him, felt something was off. Looked him up here and besides some elevated KPM he seemed normal.  However on the front page under "Latest bans" we have a player named MassiveBird123 ( https://bf4db.com/player/1066194596 ), who is very much a cheater and was banned recently.

MassiveBird132( not banned) plays together with clan members from MassiveBird123(banned), so I suspect that it's the same player on a different account. 

None of the battlereports stand out as suspicious, so there's no real hard evidence that this account is cheating, but I think there are too many similarities for it to be a coincidence.  If it's the same person he appears to have learned to dial back his hacking to subtle levels because all I could really see was some ESP use.
