For one, you have not claimed your account, so nobody has any idea which account you are trying to appeal for. For two, BF4DB does not run punkbuster and cannot do anything about a global punkbuster ban.  Punkbuster also does nothing with appeals, so basically that account is now garbage.  Of you are banned by BF4DB, and want to appeal that ban to keep a new account from being banned by them, you need to claim your account.
