If the link to the other banned accounts is valid, he will be banned.

His account only got cleared because he used an haircross overlay and due to the new rule, you can appeal it and may get unbanned for the first time..

The new rule was created, because those overlays come as features with displays (Asus,HP Omen,etc.). So some ppl may think its okay to use them.

 If you watch the video you can see he's playing as CantTouchThisTho (timestamp 0:16), BadAIM-NoSleep (timestamp 0:29), and YungZoomerBF (timestamp 1:59).

oh u got him :D i dont know this player, but yeah, looking at the videos, all these banned players are on his clips and he says its him, so...

The banned players: CantTouchThisTho, BadAIM-NoSleep and YungZoomerBF are on the DeathsEmissaryBF youtube channel.

As you can see in the video he usually play with the same ppl on the squad, like oIIis, Iegko, etc...

if you look at the battlereports, he players with the same players as the banned players above from the video, has the same top 5 weapons with similar stats(https://bf4db.com/player/1019705221), also I checked all the information from the battlelog from the players that he killed and the maps on the linked youtube video, then compared the battlereport with the players with a few hours of game time and the blurred name is CEO_OF_DIDNTASK / DunkDunkYesMan

Also DeathsEmissaryBF stats with 1600 hours, 6k+ games and not a single spot ribbon? maybe just on his early games, he got 92 ribbons, if u check his battlereport there is not a single spot ribbon, its very rare to find a "skilled" player that does not spot,  its not a vehicle player, but when he does, get 77 kills as gunner on viper and not a single spot? that is strange, also CEO_OF_DIDNTASK dont have any spot ribbons, another "coincidence".
