I reported this guy for high hskr on sniper rifles, but this was not enough proof, so he got cleaned.
I still banned him on our servers. Right after that he never had the same hskr anymore on sniper rifles.
Now also he got:
Kd 67/16 m416 45% hskr
Kd 63/23 ace21cbq 62% hskr
I don't think he is clean. Please check him again.

Look how he never managed to get same hskr on sniper rifles after I banned him on our servers:

And he has 148 AMR2 kills with 43 headshots; hskr: 29,05% which is high considering the weapon is a 1shot kill with a kpm of 2.62
