Appeal: I've played BF4 for many years and usually stop playing for months because university take me much time. I live in Perú, and we have vacations on december. So I was a about to play after a few months desconected but couldn't. I didn't even realized that I was banned, I just thought there were an internet problem. Then I realized I am banned and read about it all internet and started to write to punkbuster many emails but had no answer, so I resign to try. Buy now, I try to enter again because I have free time off work and can't enter yet. But this time I saw this message:

So I came here to tell you PLEASE LET ME PLAY AGAIN! I HAVE NEVER USED ANY HACK. YOU CAN SEE BY MY STATS THAT I AM NOT A PRO PLAYER BUT A REGULAR OR NOOB PLAYER PERHAPS. I like to snipe, I like to fly and I like the AA, but most importantly I like to have fun either loosing or winning. Now that I am on holidays I want to play again. Come on, check my case. I don't even know how to hack or to use it or why was I even banned. There just said multihacking, but what does that really mean?

This is one of the links provided for my ban, if it is because of the 100% accurace you can check my general accurace is bad. And I was using a granade launcher so is pretty reasonable because of its long range explosion.

This is the second game reported in the ban. If it is because of my number of kills, look at the first place, they have more than the double of mine. And perhapes that's one of a few that I kill that much.

Here you can see my stats and it is not that pro to say that I use hacks or help. I had have my good moments that I was even surprise, but I had many bad times playing. Please help  me to play again.
