 i hadn t play BF4 for about 2 years ,now i just come back to play it but when i trying to get in the server

i realize i got ban at 2018 ,but i m sure i didnt play it at that timebecause i going to the military for training ，

this is the reason why i didnt play this game for 2 year，maybe you can check out my account ，

and i never use any hacks in this game.i hope you can help me ，because i want play this game with my friends.
