This is not true. That account was used last time on the 19th of October and 40 minutes later (what a coincidence) your MedoDOLF account was used in bf4 for the first time since ages, same IP within 40 minutes.

You had a chance for an appeal if you admitted the account belonged to you. Or at least that your account was maybe compromised. However, the link is 100% certain.
