I checked his all battlereports (Readable: ~190501) 

but I didnt find anything

Although his  some weapons HSKR are strange

but it isnt impossible to simultaneously achieve KPM and HSKR depending on the play style

The kill streak is also low

So it seems not stat padding

I think his report needs other evidence, such as his play video,if he is a hacker

No proof, clean stats. Old stats could be statpadding.
