This guy actually reported himself. I reported him on JPL discord for aimbot on August 10th. Later I found out he has already been reported on BF4DB so I didn't report him. Now I am sure that it is himself who reported him one month ago, right after my report on JPL discord, with a really stupid reason 'his DMR acc so high' and made himself clean. Really clever move, I have to say. :D

When he got voteban for ESP on my server, he was angry and rampaged using Aimbot
