    As you can see when you search his name, he was banned a month ago.

    As is only1shoot_godz the guy who was hacking against him.

    Edit: I see you edited your post to say that he is not banned.....but a simple click of the link above will show you that he was banned one month ago.  He may have been on an official server, or he may have been on a server that doesn't run bf4db, but he is banned by bf4db.
