For this particular player nearly all DMGs are yellow, noticed it after playing against him and killed me by too little shots in body.

24.5 is the base damage from the closest ranges, headshots increase the damage. Range decreases it.  This stat you are showing is the average damage this person has done with the Famas over 3255 kills (assuming 100 health servers).  There are many reasons the damage can be a few points high.  If they use this weapon only at the closest ranges (locker or pearl market) and get some headshots it goes up.  If they play a lot of hardcore mode it will also go up.  I would guess they play hardcore mode or only use it on close range maps or TDM game modes, something like that.
