I do not agree with my ban. Is a second check possible?

Yesterday I made a appeal on your discord server for the Ban of my account. There I explained my situation.

I was banned for the reason of "Multihack". I am not quite sure what this is exactly, but I did not used any cheating tools or programms. In my ticket I already explained that  I just started playing about 3 days ago.

I do not have any high stats. I have a 1.3 K/D, which I have to admit is due to camping but this is not forbidden. In my report it was also stated high spot assist.I still don't know what it has to do with cheating that I've spotted many enemies? As I said I camped mostly, I don´t know how to spot enemys exactly.

If you wish I can start to record all my playtime, and if I ever get reported again for whatever reason I can show and prove I did not cheat. As I said I just started playing the game and I had much fun, so I would love to play again.

I am wirting this appeal on your forum, but I can´t reopen my ticket on your discord server. I know they are forbidden to post here, but I don´t knew where to post elsewhere. My ticket got closed with no explanation or inclusion.

I hope you can double check my appeal and let me play the Game again.

using a spotting hack playing as a medic is not very smart

As I already stated I can´t explain the high spot count. I don´t know what I did to get so many, because I didn´t used any spotting hacks.

Would It be possible to set me on a watch-list or something similiar, so that I can prove that I am not guilty?

Also if I had used a spot cheat, my spots would be higher in more games and not just this one time. Furthermore I don´t have any abnormal or even good stats, so why would I use a cheat that only spots enemys?

Could you please give me a second chance to play again. I can record all of my playings to prove my innocence, and if anything happens I can show you these videos.
