I have a problem, I can not go to the server, it constantly throws out.

Yesterday my friend bought BF4 and invited me to play, but when I logged into the game, I noticed that I can't play on the servers

I have been away from the game for a long time, maybe more than 6 months.

I started to climb the forums and it turned out that I had some kind of ban associated with my account, I have no idea what it is and how I should be. Could this be because I haven't logged into the game for a long time?

The forums told me to contact you for a solution to the problem.

I can add that before this case I used other origin accounts,maybe it somehow affected my ban. I will be waiting for your help.
