Sorry for posting here. I don't know where to turn. I am an older man, a very old fan of the Battlefield series and Battlefield 4 in particular. Over 500 hours of play and no violations. I recently received a ban, but I have never done anything like this in my life and I don’t understand at all how this happened and what I should do now. Life has lost its meaning and I'm depressed. Help me understand what I did wrong?

How can I fix the situation and what should I do? There are no hopeless situations in life and I am sure that adults can always discuss everything.
