Appeal: Hello i've bought this game 3-5 days ago but i've already played it before and i've got banned on my old account by punkbuster i really don't know the reason but i've let this old account in the past and bought on new account so , by the way i've got banned on new one as well yesterday , till today i tryied to play but it always says that i've been banned for "Linked Account" , and i didn't used any hacks or what ever so when i connected to BF4BD and wrote my nickname in search and i've pressed on my new account it showed to me my old account so i suppose that i've been banned by mistake , confused by my old account.

About my previous Ban apeal . why it was denied i gave you everything what i've got i claimed all my accounts did everything you asked to me but why it was denied? and detaile your request please.
