The stat drop is simply the fact I played with my mouse at double the sensitivity as my normal setting, at the same time that I changed my name, reset my stats (for the first time), and hoped I could float under the radar in order to keep enjoying what had become my favorite server by scoring more mildly. The three low scores you show were not full matches for me and therefor cannot be counted with the same weight.  I changed my name after being threatened with a ban, instigated by an ?admin(eagle07). Postal has taken his time to assuage his suspicions of my playing but has remained skeptical, fueled in part by what I believe to be biased or jealous comments from his group of BF4 buddies. Postal has specced me in other servers as well. He asked me to stream 6ish? months ago and I did so with a passing mark. He asked me more recently to film myself and my desk with my cellphone, so that he could see my desktop and the game launching. I did so and have approx 50 minute of video available. I have also recently installed plays.tv which records a 30 sec rewind. I have been using it frequently mainly in the event Postal wished to see them. I have approx 30 minutes of 30 second clips ranging different days/maps/players. Most importantly, there is no proof whatsoever of cheating.

A round is all about momentum and controlling the enemies movements as best as possible, about diverting and rerouting, about being able to efficiently look, listen, move and shoot. Most importantly and often the missing ingredient is visualization, which is only possible with ultra familiarization of maps when combined with the above list. Those are key factors that each need to be utilized simultaneously to play at a high level. Gun Master mode is not dependent on your team, and therefor those variables are much more easily controlled.

My longest headshot was across Paracel Storm early on in the game, like 2440m. My buddy and I were seeing how far we could get (one in mountains in heli off the island spawn, one on the carrier). Took us a while to range but got it after a bit. As far as I know, that's the only stat that's actually worrisome.

I am able to achieve this accuracy because I am an excellent gamer and one who has always excelled at the BF series as well as all games. I formerly played TWL in MW2, in 2008/2009. I have a top notch rig and peripherals along with a 21:9 aspect ratio screen and amped hifi headphones running through a high speed DAC. I have played some sort of video game religiously since Forsaken came with my first 128mb video card. I currently play Titanfall2 (my stats are high there as well) as well as BF4. Many people do not realize how to achieve accuracy and therefor do not or will not accept the fact that it is possible and controllable to an extent....Also I had the #2 Feral druid DPS in all of WoW for 2ish consecutive years, Was #1 player in MOHAA, Top ten in AA. In the NFS I have a lambo if it matters :).

Historically, if you look through my stats you'll see the SAR21 as my preferred weapon. I have had constant statistics with that weapon since the game started. around 21% accuracy averaged from all maps and game modes. I typically find a preferred gun and stick to it, I don't find it necessary to earn the badge or tag for every weapon. I do the same in TF2 where in only 180ish hours I have 11500 kills with one rifle. Yeah, it's a different type of game but I find it to be significantly faster paced than even the Gun Master game mode in BF4. My overall accuracy at 6%ish is unfairly affected by the Attack Jets missed rounds, of which there are thousands. I used to play CQ LG exclusively and always in the attack jet. I frequently had rounds over 30 kills.

Let's be real, Gun Master and hardcore at that isn't rocket science. Small maps with a high concentration of grouped enemies who are all to willing to walk around corners blindly, or sprint down a quiet hallway, or call for a medic (or whatever the characters say when they say shit). There are signs all over the game that are there to be helpful to those who can pay attention to it. I have ADD like they make studies about and I am able to pay attention to a lot of information at once. With the small maps it is not difficult to assume any person could be around any corner, or even to see where approximately a spawn point is or will be. Every gaming night for me comes with an abundance of Guinness and the devils lettuce. The latter increases my performance, guaranteed.

I respect you guys for keeping people honest, I respect postal for his diligence in protecting his server and for giving me his version of the benefit of the doubt. In the end, I have quite a bit of video at this point available. Am willing to be spectated or to run a stream. There's no proof of wrongdoing here guys/gals unless of course you call a talented player who took advantage of the paid Premium feature to reset my stats wrong. I admit that doing so may not have been a good move, I did it solely to enjoy Postals server. Postal, I assume you have the ability to see whatever you wish to in regards to my connection to your server, I have never once been concerned with that. I was obviously hoping to go unnoticed (mainly to avoid eagle, toomuchc02, whining). I don't measure someone based on how they quantify on paper. I log in to play, not to chat or whine or hack. I have cooperated more than a lot would have done and continue to do so. I request that should you decide a Ban is necessary even with said lack of proof, that you not do so before either viewing video or actually watching me play either game on any server.

    Jack, out.

FWIW when I came back to the game a yearish ago, my account had been compromised and subsequently restored. The last account was Bearmarshall if that helps at all and I think EA merged them or gave me the games I had on the old one. This is no later than July ish this past year and maybe earlier.

Going to be honest here, I don't see much to warrant a ban.  Gun Master rounds are pretty easy to accumulate accuracy, as you can see here from one of my own Gun Master rounds.  These two rounds probably generated 40+% accuracy.

40-50% accuracy isn't unheard of, and the inconsistency between one round to another is a common event that everyone deals with -- no matter who they are.  We have all kinds of weapons in Gun Master, including weapons that create multiple hit points from one shot, from the shotguns to the USAS, to M320s.  From the battle reports I have seen, I don't see any way to prove that they are interlinked in a consecutive manner, and judging by the results of your rounds, you weren't all that effective to begin with.   Accuracy in Gun Master is based on multiple factors, and the congestion of the maps is a major factor in the higher degrees of accuracy as well.  To summarize my thoughts on the battle reports, I think the evidence is shaky at best, and circumstantial to the point of becoming a non-sequitor -- while the battle reports show a high degree of accuracy, I don't see enough here to find anything suspicious.

The timeline isn't all that clear either -- it's one of those circumstances where two parties are offering two varying versions of events, and I'm inclined not to trust information that's dated and based on anecdotes and memory.

For BF4DB to work, we have to have evidence beyond a reasonable doubt, and I don't consider the battle reports to be a good exhibit of what we should be looking for when scraping out information that will lead to a ban.  The intent of the ban report was honest, but the results of the the investigation didn't go in the direction we wanted it to go.  This is why we have multiple admins to investigate so there's redundancy on every decision we make, as well as holding ourselves accountable when we do make mistakes -- so for the inconvenience, we apologize.

    The ban is lifted.
