I would like to say how disappointed i am, i put in for an appeal but work a 12 hour shift. So when i didn't get to reply before they closed the ticket saying im obviously cheating. I was going to provide proof of the time and date that my email along with alot of my other accounts were hacked and stolen. No way to contact anyone to explain further on the issue saying it would take 72 hours to even get a reply.
