    Appeal:   Good day to all. I have just recently re-installed BF4 after quite a lapse in time played. One I logged onto battlelog and the server browser I found that I was instantly getting kicked from all servers and was banned from most. After doing some investigating I found that my account was hacked a while back and they had hacked it mainly to use my BF4 account.  Once i started getting into my account i had fond that my profile was indeed changed and indicated that I was a resident of Russia. I am actually an American Veteran out of Idaho ( the great potato state of the USA). I am thinking that my account was most likely hacked while I was deployed to Afghanistan for 15 months back in 2009-2010. I had started a family so i simply did not have the time to get on and play Battlefield. That is why I had not noticed until just recently. I was beyond frustrated when I had re-installed only to find I only have access to the campaign. I have since changed my password and gotten my Origin account back to a squared away state. I would very much love to have the ban appealed. I miss playing this game online and would enjoy the opportunity to play when I have the time..... lol interestingly enough the guy who hacked my origin account even put a Russian game on it called Siberia. I am guessing it is a survival style game but I have not given it a shot as of yet. Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to move this along as I am certainly not a hacker. I enjoy being competitive but usually I am a low to mid level player so I certainly wont be turning any heads. Thank you for your time and let me now if I can do anything to help - Cermak

    What can I do to get an Admin to look at my case? I have reset all the stats the the guy using the account had accumulated. I have been, luckily, able to find a few foreign servers that don't ban me immediatly... you can look at my stats. I am no hacker... I am not even very good... I have a good streak every once in a while.

    I just really want to be able to blow off some steam and shoot at people after putting my kids to sleep. If, I am never going to get a second, post hacked account, chance.... can you guys at least let me know what I have to do to be able to play again? Do I have to purchase the game all over again just because my account was hacked years ago? What can I do to provide evidence that my account was indeed hacked?   I know I am just supposed top wait patiently but it just miffs me because I hate hackers. I don't like to be cheated my self and now this guy has hacked me and is also going to be the reason that I can't even play again?? That is just a poor way of dealing with things. Might as well be writing gun control laws...  Anyways as I sdtated above if there is anything I can do to show my account had been compromised please let me know and I will be right on it.

    Based on the evidence provided and what we can see on our end, your account has been compromised at some point, and was used to cheat during that time. Because cheats were used on that account, we are unable to lift your ban and the appeal is denied.

    You have a few options if you wish to continue to play on this account. You can play on Official servers, servers not running the BF4DB plugin, or ask individual server administrators to whitelist your account. Alternatively, you can purchase a new copy of the game.

    If you go down that route, make sure you purchase a copy from a reputable source so you don’t accidentally purchase a stolen account which could lead to other issues. Also, always make sure to use to use Two-Factor Authentication on your account as well as a strong password.
