I was banned for using a MD5Tool. However, i didn't even play the game for 5 years.

At the begining of the week i found out, that someone just logged into my account and hacked on BF Servers, 3 months ago?! 
I did contact a the ea support via chat, but i did lose my connection, thanks to my isp here.

Here is a tanscript that i managed to save:

Schönen guten Tag,

wie ich eben traurigerweise erfahren musste, wurde ich in BF4 von einigen Servern ausgeschlossen.

Vor 3 Monaten hat sich anscheinend jemand in meinem EA Konto ausgetobt…

Auf BF4DB steht als Reason MD5 Tool .

Ich habe BF4 sehr lange gar nicht mehr angefasst, vor 3 Monaten hatte ich nicht mal Origin installiert.

Was bleiben mir für Optionen?
