Appeal: My EA account password was stolen at some point, then my EA email changed (I didn't notice for a while because I don't play many origin games.) I recovered it back in December. I haven't tried to play Battlefield 4 again until today and I found out I was banned. I would appreciate it if you would unban me. I might be able to find the transcripts of my recovery with EA staff if you think it will help.
