As you can see from the screenshot of your recent battlereports, it isn't, as you say, "sometimes". It is very consistent.

So what is your answer to this appeal, I agree with any answer, regardless of the result, I know your work and the improvement of the game.

Given the consistency of the enormously high headshot rate, no plausible explanation as to how it was achieved and the fact it was detected by the Bot the decision is made.
