Can players who have been banned by PunkBuster be reported here? Once I even denounced the player and the responsible admin said that it is not customary to ban players who were caught in PB but that he made an exception because it was a legitimate ban from PB. And in the report there is the option of Punkbuster as a reason for denunciation.

I have a player who was unofficially banned by PB. In this case, can the player in question be reported here by ban on PB?

Punkbuster bans can only be used as supporting evidence. There must be stats that solidly indicate cheating or video proof that confirms cheat usage. We do not use punkbuster violations or bans as evidence alone.
